I put in a bid yesterday.

They didn't laugh at my bid.

They countered.

I'm going in to negotiate later today.

This place is huge and gorgeous and if we can push them down far enough that it's worth it, that would be amazing.

Two bedrooms.
Two bathrooms.
Huge.
